**Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on operating and setting up CNC lathes within a highly equipped, climate-controlled machine shop. You will perform full set ups, tool changeovers, minor program edits, and precision machining on a variety of CNC equipment, with a primary focus on a Mori Seiki twin spindle, two-turret lathe. The position requires strong CNC machining skills, attention to detail, and the ability to hold close tolerances while maintaining productivity and quality.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform complete set ups of CNC lathes, including preparing fixtures, tooling, and programs for production runs.
+ Operate and run CNC machinery safely and efficiently to meet production schedules and quality standards.
+ Perform all tool changeovers and adjustments to maintain optimal cutting conditions and part quality.
