**Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on operating and setting up CNC lathes within a clean, climate-controlled machine shop that utilizes a wide range of advanced equipment. You will perform complete setups, tool changes, and minor program edits to produce high-quality parts to tight tolerances, while ensuring consistent productivity on multiple CNC machines throughout the facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform complete setups on CNC lathes, including preparing fixtures, tools, and workpieces according to job specifications.
+ Operate and run CNC machinery safely and efficiently to meet production schedules and quality standards.
+ Perform all tool changeovers and adjustments to maintain optimal cutting conditions and part quality.
+ Make minor edits and adjustments to CNC programs, including G-code changes, to correct issues and optimize performance.
