CNC Machinist

Overview

Meridian Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team in a dynamic job shop environment. This role is ideal for a versatile machinist who enjoys working on a wide variety of parts, setups, and materials-not repetitive production work. If you have at least 5 years of experience and thrive on problem-solving, precision, and hands-on craftsmanship, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality, custom-machined components for diverse industries. Optional OT (up to 20 hours a week) and a Bonus & Incentive plan!

Key Responsibilities

•Perform full machine setups and operate CNC and manual equipment including mills, lathes, and grinders

•Work from one-off prototypes to short-run production jobs with frequent changeovers

•Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers

•Determine machining approach, tooling, and setup strategy for each job
