**What You'll Do**

+ Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
+ Run horizontal and vertical CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts
+ Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments to maintain accuracy
+ Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
+ Monitor multiple machines and keep production running efficiently
+ Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety procedures
