CNC Machinist

**Job Title: CNC 5-Axis Machinist / Setup Operator**
**Job Description**
This role involves setting up and operating 5-axis DMG CNC machines to produce precision parts of various sizes, ensuring high-quality output through accurate setup, careful program edits, and thorough inspection. You will work with blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to manufacture components to exact specifications while maintaining the equipment in optimal condition.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate 5-axis DMG CNC machines to produce precision parts of various sizes.
+ Perform an average of three complete machine setups per shift, including fixturing, tooling, and workpiece alignment.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine machining requirements and ensure parts meet design specifications.
