**Job Description**

This role involves setting up and operating Swiss CNC machines to support high-quality production in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. You will use blueprints and schematics to configure machines for production runs and contribute to a highly organized, team-oriented operation.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate Citizen brand Swiss CNC machinery for production runs.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to configure machine settings accurately.
+ Prepare and kit components and materials required for CNC operations.
+ Perform production assembly tasks related to cable assemblies and related components.
+ Use crimping tools and related equipment to assemble and secure components as required.
+ Monitor machine performance during production and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
