CNC Machinist

**Job Title: CNC Machinist (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift)**

**Job Description**

This role involves setting up, programming, and operating both manual and CNC machining equipment, including 3-axis and 5-axis mills, to produce high-precision components with tight tolerances and high-quality finishes for a wide range of industries. You will work with advanced machinery, multiple control systems, and complex blueprints to deliver accurate parts while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up CNC machines using edge finders, indicators, and appropriate methods to ensure accurate alignment and proper workholding.
+ Qualify first-piece production through detailed inspections, making necessary adjustments to achieve close and exacting tolerances and high-quality aesthetics.
+ Operate and monitor CNC machines, including the ability to run multiple machines at a time to maintain efficient production.
