CNC Machinist

**Job Title: Mill Machinist**

**Job Description**

+ We are seeking a skilled 1st shift CNC Machinist to mill details from plate or flat stock according to blueprints to exact dimensions, and to mill details of various shapes and materials

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints
+ Use measuring tools accurately
+ Sharpen cutting tools as needed
+ Perform own set-ups for milling operations
+ Download and alter programs if necessary
+ Machine materials to print specifications
+ Operate overhead crane as required

**Essential Skills**

+ 3 years of experience operating a 3-axis mill
+ Ability to read digital micrometers and calipers
+ Experience with G&M code editing
+ Ability to set up machines, including downloading programs, obtaining tooling, offsetting parts, fixturing parts, and making G&M code edits with Fanuc controllers
