**Job Title: CNC Machinist/Programmer – 1st Shift**

**Job Description**

We are looking for a lead machinist to run and program CNC lathes and mills on 1st shift in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. You will work with vertical and horizontal machines, including equipment with live tooling, to produce a wide variety of parts using Fanuc controls and G&M code. This person will be replacing an employee of 40+ years, so candidates that are looking for work for a small and tenured shop that's been in business for over 100 years - please apply!

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and program CNC lathes and mills, including vertical and horizontal machines and equipment with live tooling.
+ Perform approximately 10–15% programming on a day-to-day basis, using G&M code and Fanuc controls.
