**Job Title: CNC Machinist – 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
The CNC Machinist sets up, troubleshoots, and operates Haas vertical mills to produce mostly one-off parts and light production orders. You will perform multiple daily setups with a strong focus on custom tooling retainers, working from blueprints and using precision measuring tools to ensure high-quality, accurate parts. This role involves machining a variety of metals in a clean, climate-controlled job shop environment on a steady 1st shift schedule.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Haas vertical mills for mostly one-off parts and light production orders.
+ Perform approximately four to eight machine setups per day, with a primary focus on custom tooling retainers.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand part specifications, tolerances, and machining requirements.
