Responsibilities

+ Operate a CNC Lathe effectively and efficiently.
+ Interpret work orders and punch in for each job, maintaining tags for each step in the process.
+ Bend into large tubs to select parts for machining and do the same when parts are finished.
+ Develop the ability to make personal adjustments to parts as necessary.
+ Grind parts to smooth down flare after machining.
+ Check the quality of parts between cycles to ensure excellence.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to interpret blueprints and work orders.
+ Experience with quality tools such as micrometers and calipers.
