CNC Machine operator - Floater

**Machine Operator (CNC) - Floater (2nd shift)**

**Location:** Garden Grove, CA 92841
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday / **2nd Shift:** 1 pm - 9:30 pm
**Pay rate: ** 26$ per hour
**Contract:** W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (temp to hire)

**Education & Experience**


+ **Education:** HS Diploma or GED.
+ **Experience:** 3+ years as a CNC Machinist (lathe or mill); experience handling both large/heavy and small parts.

**Key Skills**


+ **Technical:** Read blueprints/job orders, program G-code, and perform setups.
+ **Tools:** Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, gauges) and hand tools for deburring/polishing.
+ **Core:** Strong math/computer basics, close-tolerance precision, and routine machine maintenance.
+ **Soft Skills:** Teamwork, strong attendance, and flexibility for overtime.
