CNC Machine Operator

Summary Operate various machines in Machining Department to optimize production and quality. Operations include routers, edge banders and potentially other machines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Hard Skills 1. Needs to be punctual and maintain good attendance. 2. Able to easily and consistently measure to 32nd's and 64th's of an inch. 3. More advanced cut-listing/optimizing of materials using the material schedules provided for the job. 4. Prior manufacturing experience a plus 5. Able to work independently and part of a team. 6. May need to perform routine maintenance. Soft Skills 1. Demonstrates effective time management. 2. Self-motivated and work well independently. 3. Professional interactions with all people both here and in the field on job sites. 4. Willing to be cross-trained 5. Detail Oriented 6.
