**Required Qualifications:**

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
+ 1 year of machine shop operations experience. • Basic understanding of blueprint and process sheet interpretation.
+ Ability and willingness to use basic hand tools (crimpers, soldering iron, wire strippers, brazing equipment, etc.), as well as measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.).
+ Basic understanding of mathematical principles (conversions to decimal system, geometry, basic math, etc.).

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities:**

+ Operate CNC equipment.
+ Operate any time and size of single spindle or multiple spindles on a variety of operations (drilling, reaming, boring, tapping, spot facing, countersinking, etc.).
+ Use all tools, jigs, figures, and gauges necessary to perform operations.
+ Work with close tolerances and fine finishes.
+ Perform tool offset and load parts.
