CNC Lead

We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aCNC Leadto join a leading Company located in theGarland, TXsurrounding area.


Responsibilities :

+ Lead a team of Second shift operators, welders, solder associates, and other manufacturing personnel

+ Assist with production efforts

+ Responsible for ensuring that projects are completed by the team

+ Meet with the day shift leads to develop production plans

+ Handle shop maintenance and cleanup as required

+ Set up work for 1st shift on the following day



Basic Hiring Criteria :

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum 3 years of previous experience on CNC Mill + Lathe

+ Minimum 1 year of previous knowledge of machine maintenance & repair

+ Minimum 1 year of previous experience planning production

+ Minimum 1 year of previous experience with quality assurance a...
