**CNC Lathe Machinist**

**Job Description**

As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will set up and operate vertical lathe machines to perform tasks such as turning, drilling, and milling. You will handle part completion operations, optimize set-up times, and maximize machine utilization.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC equipment to complete full cycles for high and low volume part production.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and route instructions to understand task specifications.
+ Utilize Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
+ Troubleshoot programs and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision.
+ Inspect parts with a high degree of precision and follow the in-process part inspection process.
+ Communicate with managers, programmers, and quality personnel to resolve quality issues.
