CNC Laser Cutting Machine Setter

Laser / Machine Operative - Leicester

Rate: £14-£15 p/h
Contract: 13-week temp to perm
Hours: Mon–Thurs (Days or Nights available)

We’re looking for Laser Operatives or Machine/CNC Operatives to join a busy sheet metal manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating laser cutting machines (Trumpf or similar)
• Alternatively operating CNC or other production machinery
• Working with mild and stainless steel
• Quality checking, deburring, and finishing parts
• Completing basic machine maintenance (PPM checks)

Requirements

• Experience operating lasers, CNC, or similar machinery
• Background in manufacturing or engineering
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic IT skills for machine operation
