CNC Gear Grinder Operator

Applicants Must Have The Following Requirements

• Must have Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Must have 3–5 years of experience operating CNC gear grinding machines.
• Must have experience working on KAPP NILES machines.
• Must have experience grinding gears up to module 20 mm.
• Must have experience with at least two of the following gear types: Spur gears, Helical gears, Internal gears, and Worm gears.
• Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and gear specifications.
• Must be competent in using precision measuring instruments, including micrometres, vernier calipers, gear testers, and surface finish comparators.
• Must have an understanding of grinding wheel selection, dressing, and balancing for profile grinding.
• Must be able to work to DIN Class 3–4 tolerances.
• Must be willing to work overtime as required.
• Must have reliable transport to Benoni.
