CNC EDM WIRECUT OPERATOR

needs to operate CNC EDM machines to manufacture precision components and parts. To accomplish work requirements, the specialist will need to interpret engineering drawings & specifications, setting up requirements including prepare set up sheet, fixtures, tools claming system to determine right program to achieve dimensions and tolerances for the work order. Another critical aspect of the job involves detecting faults and making adjustments on machines to ensure that they operate smoothly and being able to select, align and secure holding fixtures, accessories and materials. Good team mate to work effectively in a team would be beneficial for this role.
1. Carrying out CNC machining with tooling system 3R/ Erowa
2. Carry out basic productivity practices
3. Conducting maintenance of machines
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Define technical specification and blueprints
2. Use approved methods of machining in manufacturing
3. Perform EDM wire cut machine operations
