**Job Description**
The CNC Centerless Grinding Technician sets up, programs, and operates precision OD and centerless grinding machines to produce high-precision components with tight tolerances. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on CNC grinding experience, and the ability to interpret complex drawings, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Program and set up precision OD and centerless grinding machines to meet tight tolerance requirements.
+ Read and interpret complex part drawings and convert them into functional, conforming parts.
+ Set up and operate all grinding equipment, including basic set-ups, tool changes, and minor adjustments to ensure quoted cycle times are achieved.
