We build custom conveyors and fabricated equipment, which means the parts you’re programming and machining today are probably different from the ones you were running last week. That’s not a warning – for the right person, it’s exactly what makes this job worth showing up to.

We’re looking for a CNC programmer who knows their way around Mazak Power Mills and CNC Lathes as well as Awea CNC Mills and Bridge Mills – someone who can write a program in Lemoine, get it running, and produce a part that meets spec without a lot of handholding. Someone comfortable going straight to the controller when the job calls for it, and who treats the machine like a tool they’re responsible for, not just one they operate.

This is skilled work. The person who does it well knows it – and brings that standard to every part they run.
