+ Assist with both pre- and post-order requirements for CNC machine tool applications, providing accurate cycle time calculations and process development to deliver top-quality customer parts.
+ Support new machine builds and turnkey projects – including onsite customer training, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical support.
+ Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes, select tooling, and drive efficiency and quality improvements.
