**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide daily living assistance, including dental care, feeding, bathing, grooming, dressing/undressing, hair and nail care, and shaving, based on individual preferences.
+ Safely support residents with lifting, turning, repositioning, and transferring to and from beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and mechanical lifts.
+ Perform restorative and rehabilitative tasks, including daily Range of Motion exercises, with accurate and timely documentation.
+ Follow all safety protocols and proper use/disposal of PPE.
