CMS Specialist

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a CMS Specialist to join a leading Canadian bank to support the migration and ongoing execution of its public website. This role sits within the Digital Product team and partners closely with marketing to deliver and optimize digital campaigns. The successful candidate will play a hands-on, execution-focused role, responsible for building and managing web content, supporting campaign delivery, and ensuring a seamless user experience across the bank’s public site.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns within Contentful
• Build, update, and maintain web pages and content components
• Translate Jira tickets and marketing requirements into live campaigns
• Partner with Digital Product Managers to:
  ○ Define delivery timelines
  ○ Build workback schedules
  ○ Align on campaign execution strategy
• Perform content updates, enhancements, and regulatory changes on the public website
