Global industrial leader seeks a SAP PM Specialist to harmonize maintenance systems, elevate asset reliability, and accelerate digital transformation across international operations. - Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management or as a CMMS/EAM specialist, ideally with SAP PM (Maximo or similar systems also considered).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven success managing CMMS systems in heavy industrial environments (e.g., gas, chemicals, energy).
- Experience supporting CMMS across multiple international sites is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decisions.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel moderately (approx. 25–30%).
