CMM Operator

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a CMM Operator to support inspection and quality operations within an MRO environment for aerospace components. This role is focused on operating CMMs using PC-DMIS, ensuring high-quality inspection of precision aerospace components. Responsibilities include:

• Operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS to inspect aerospace components
• Load and secure parts into fixtures and run established inspection programs
• Interpret engineering drawings/blueprints to validate part dimensions and tolerances
• Inspect components for tight tolerances (as precise as .0005”)
• Generate and print inspection reports to document findings
• Work with fixtures and components such as large circular engine parts (up to ~4 ft wide)
2nd shift: 2pm-10pm
