Tasks & Responsibilities CMF Designer
Own CMF projects from brief to launch: Lead several CMF projects in parallel: from initial brief, research and concept creation to final specifications and market introduction. Define CMF strategy for your category: Shape long-term CMF strategy and range architecture for a key consumer appliances category, with sustainability as an important driver (e.g. material choices, finishes, durability). Ensure CMF consistency across products: Safeguard CMF quality and consistency across product families by aligning with the central CMF team, product designers and engineers. Prototype, review & refine: Brief and review models, samples and prototypes, document clear CMF feedback and work with suppliers and model makers to realise your intent in production.
