About the role
BURN is looking for Cluster Team Leaders in Ghana who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Executives and quality agents. They will also be responsible for the full customer cycle management, i.e., acquisition, collection, recovery, and usage.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Business Management
+ Align with the Cluster acquisition targets as well as develop and implement the acquisition operational strategies within the allocated Cluster.
+ Organizing sales activities and functions in the field to achieve targets, revenues, and the desired quality of acquisition (Usage and RE)
+ On time and high-quality IDC installations at the customer's premises.
+ Support conducting quarterly inventory audits for all stock points. Stock takings & Stock audit report.
