Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
12–15 years of experience in renewable energy or infrastructure construction with a focus on utility-scale solar projects
Proven track record of managing multiple solar project sites simultaneously
Strong experience in project execution, construction management, and commissioning
Demonstrated ability to lead large project teams across geographically dispersed locations
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in EPC environments with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control
Experience managing project portfolios with cumulative capacities of up to 200 MW
