Role Objective:
To lead and manage a team of Field Sales Officers (FOS) to drive SME loan sourcing, disbursement targets, and maintain portfolio quality within the assigned location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5 FOS executives.
- Drive the team to meet monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Conduct daily field planning, beat mapping, and productivity reviews.
