Hiring for the role of Cluster Head – BBG (Business Banking Group) in a Bank. location-Amritsar /Punjab Mandatory Criteria: Candidate must currently be handling a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) in the BBG/Business Banking segment. Strong and proven experience in managing Business Banking portfolios, client acquisition, liability and asset products, and team performance. Excellent knowledge of the BBG vertical, including MSME, SME, Working Capital, Trade Finance, and Business Banking products. Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of achieving business targets and driving team productivity. Strong stakeholder management, customer relationship, and portfolio management skills. Candidate must be thoroughly screened and evaluated before submission. Preference for candidates currently working with banks or financial institutions in a similar capacity.
