Key Responsibilities- To Manage the Kerala Cluster - Procurement.
1. Procurement Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement cluster-level procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Forecast demand and plan procurement activities for multiple units.
Drive standardization of products and services across the cluster.
2. Vendor Management & Sourcing
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence.
3. End-to-End Procurement Operations
Oversee the complete procurement lifecycle:
Requirement gathering
RFQ/RFP process
Vendor selection
Purchase order issuance
Delivery tracking
Ensure timely procurement to avoid operational disruptions.
4. Cost Optimization & Budget Control
Manage procurement budgets across the cluster.
