In depth knowledge of banking products, operations, and compliance.

Strong sales and operational skills.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking/NBFC, including at least 5 years in a

leadership role managing multi product branches or businesses

Consistent record of business growth and achievement of targets

Proven ability in team development mentoring, and contribution to learning initiatives
