We are looking for a visionary Cluster General Manager (H/F)to lead our hotels in Zermatt, Switzerland– including the Mont Cervin Palace, the Schweizerhof Zermatt, and the Hotel Monte Rosa– within the prestigious Michel Reybier Hospitality collection.

Your Mission

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day operations across several luxury hotels and restaurants in Zermatt.
• Define and implement a coherent sales & marketing strategy to strengthen positioning and drive profitability.
