About:
Oversee pastry & bakery production across multiple hotel properties
Develop innovative menus
Manage cost control, inventory, & supplier relationships
Lead, train, & mentor pastry teams
Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, & consistency
Ensure compliance with food safety & hygiene standards

What you’ll need:

Previous experience as Executive Pastry Chef within luxury hotels, resorts or international restaurants
Strong leadership & kitchen management skills
Middle Eastern experience advantageous
