Job Description

Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Club Lead coordinates activities required to operate Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) facilities
Principal Accountabilities
(Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.)
Provides exercise guidance, testing, prescription, and supervision to MWR users and teaches group exercise classes

Must meet the installation's minimum serving age for alcoholic beverages.

Capable of mixing drinks according to the established recipes. 

Understand alcohol safety procedures to prevent over-intoxication,

Knowledge of bar terminology.

Able to properly handle intoxicated patrons according to the installation's set guidelines.

Be capable of pouring and serving drinks such as beer and wine.

Manage purchases of alcohol using point of sale software and cash register.
