Cloud Support Engineer

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer oriented **Cloud Support Engineer** to join our team. This is a **remote** position.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills as a member of the Cloud Operations Team for NAVSEA Bluewater Cloud. You will collaborate closely with engineering and cyber teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve the overall user experience. This role offers significant growth in cloud service management, incident response, and cross-platform technical expertise.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Lead end-to-end ITSM support for GOV Cloud, managing service requests, incidents, and operational requirements through resolution.
+ Develop and maintain SOPs and Knowledge Base articles by analyzing recurring requests to improve efficiency and consistency.
