Cloud Solution Architect

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to strengthen Alma Media's group-level Cloud team and help evolve our cloud platforms in a secure, cost-efficient, and scalable direction. In this role, you will work hands-on with cloud infrastructure and platform solutions while collaborating closely with product development teams, security, and operations. You will be part of a small, highly specialized team that owns Alma Media's cloud foundations and enables others to build on top of them safely and efficiently.
You will report to the Head of Cloud and operate at group level, with a primary focus on AWS-based environments while supporting a growing footprint on Google Cloud Platform.
Build and maintain infrastructure as code, with a strong emphasis on AWS-based solutions and modern automation practices.
Contribute to the development of cloud standards, guardrails, and shared patterns that improve security, reliability, and developer experience.
