Role Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Operator to join our Operations team in Colombia. The professional will execute first‑level operations on the client’s productive fabric, covering the execution of commands on the batch job grid, operational monitoring, opening and following up on tickets, and attending to incidents and service requests previously defined in production operational procedures.

What You Will Do

Execute operation commands on the batch job grid, redefine the daily job grid, perform and supervise the reception and transmission of files, open and follow up on tickets, resolve incidents and service requests, implement approved changes to the batch grid, and collect environmental metrics and indicators.
