CLOUD & INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS ANALYST

The Role

As a Cloud & Digital Workplace Analyst, you will provide first‑line support for virtual servers, Microsoft Azure environments, VMware virtualization platforms, backup jobs, and networking components.

Your day‑to‑day tasks include performing operational actions, monitoring systems, handling basic service requests, and executing routine changes across both cloud and on‑prem infrastructure. You will collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 teams to escalated more complex issues and gather hands‑on experience in hybrid IT environments.

You are proactive, customer‑focused, and eager to learn. You possess a foundational understanding of server and Azure technology, follow standard operating procedures, and work well in a team.
