• Awareness of Operations role and constraints in a worldwide and outsourced IT organization.
• Broad range of understanding of enterprise Cloud infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS) and associated technologies.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and associated technologies
• Deep knowledge in automation tools and infrastructure-as-code
• Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering concepts and methods
• Broad range of understanding of ITIL, ITSM and industry best practices.
• Experience leading Agile / DevOps oriented teams
• Ability to understand and deliver infrastructure services which are provided on a 24x7x365 basis.
• Broad range of understanding of Cloud providers service offering.
