Monitoring and Alerts: Monitor AWS infrastructure for performance and availability using AWS Cloud Watch and other monitoring tools. Respond to alerts and escalate issues as needed. Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve basic AWS-related incidents. Document and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
