The role includes participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation, responding to incidents, executing operational procedures, and supporting service recovery under guidance from senior engineers.

Cloud Operations & Monitoring

• Monitor cloud infrastructure and services to ensure availability, performance, and stability.
• Respond to system alerts and events in accordance with defined on-call procedures.
• Perform initial fault isolation and triage during incidents.

On-Call & Incident Support
