DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

• Betrieb, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365 Office Apps inklusive Add-ins und Office for the Web
• Technische Einführung, Betrieb und Optimierung von Microsoft Copilot for M365
• Umsetzung von Security-, Compliance- und Governance-Vorgaben im M365- und Copilot-Umfeld
• Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Migrationen sowie Einführung neuer Features und Services
• Automatisierung und Standardisierung von M365-Konfigurationen mit PowerShell, Graph API oder Power Platform
• Unterstützung von Support- und Adoption-Teams im 3rd-Level-Support inklusive Dokumentation und Enablement
• Beobachtung der Microsoft-Roadmap im Bereich Office Apps & AI sowie Ableitung von Best Practices und Handlungsempfehlungen

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN
