Job Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer withexperience inTechnical Support, System Administration, and Cloud Operations. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure , strong troubleshooting skills, basic automation knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud infrastructure, alerts, dashboards, and ticketing systems to identify and resolve incidents.
• Provide L1 support for AWS and Azure environments, including incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution.
• Perform system administration tasks such as user management, access control, patching, backups, and server health monitoring.
• Coordinate incidents with Infrastructure and Development teams while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Support cloud deployments, maintenance activities, and operational changes.
