Cloud Engineer

UMB’s **Enterprise Cloud Architect** team was recently formed to streamline and accelerate adoption of the Cloud. The team provides self-service means to empower other teams to deploy cloud-native platforms while ensuring security, governance, architectural best-practice, cost containment, and control. The team works to provide architecture, tools, services, knowledge, support, organization structure, and operating model arranged as a compelling product.

As a **Cloud Engineer** , you will be heavily participating in defining the organization’s cloud platform strategy, designing enterprise cloud solutions, and enabling cloud adoption across the business. This involves combining architecture vision with hands-on cloud engineering to align technical decisions with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership.
