AWS RDS Support Engineer - 4C

Experience: 5 to 6 Years

- Experience with AWS Services, RDS, Aurora, VPC, IAM

- Experience with database PostgreSQL, MySQL and Oracle

- Experience in Maintaining documentation for operational processes, runbooks, and SOPs

- Experience in Troubleshooting

- Experience in Infra Provisioning and configuring Security components, Key pair, security groups, ACL, IAM, Directory Service, Certificate manager

- Experience provisioning and managing resources on cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

- Experience in monitoring Terraform pipelines

- Experience in Monitor CloudWatch, Splunk and New Relic for centralized monitoring

- Should have a deep understanding of IaaS and PaaS services offered on cloud platforms and understand how to use them together to build complex solutions.
