**Job Description**
The Pearson Virtual Schools Cloud Engineering & Operations team is seeking a  **Cloud Engineer II**  to support the development and operation of our cloud native platforms following the migration from legacy data centers. This role is ideal for an early‑‑career engineer who is eager to grow cloud, DevOps, and reliability engineering skills while working alongside experienced engineers in a supportive learning environment.
In this role, the Cloud Engineer will contribute to building, operating, and improving scalable and reliable systems across AWS and Azure. The position emphasizes hands-on‑ learning, mentorship, and progressive responsibility.
