Cloud Engagement Manager

The Core Factory Cloud Engagement Manager (EM) – PM Referent ensures consistency, governance, and performance of cloud project delivery across all domains and regions. He/She acts as the central Project Management referent, driving coordination of cloud initiatives including migration (M2C), modernization, and Data/Digital programs, ensuring delivery on time, on scope, within budget, and compliant with GCCC standards.

Reports to Head of Cloud Transformation. Works closely with Architects, DevOps, Data/Digital teams, Regional Cloud Factories and external partners. Transversal global role acting as a referent for the Core Cloud Factory.

Responsibilities:
Operates in a multi-vendor, multi-region environment with high project volume. Key challenges include delivery consistency, dependency management, balancing speed with governance, and ensuring executive visibility.
