Responsibilities

+ Serve as a subject-matter expert in credential management systems with a primary focus on Intercede MyID, PKI, and associated identity and access management technologies.

+ Provide advanced engineering, troubleshooting, and cloud support services while collaborating with development, security, and infrastructure teams to design and maintain secure, scalable, automated solutions.

+ Work independently or as part of a cross-functional team to support mission-critical environments.

+ Provide infrastructure, engineering, and operational support for Cloud-hosted applications delivered through client Cloud Services.

+ Support environments operating on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure.

+ Use Terraform and/or Ansible to manage, configure, and automate cloud system...
